This project is located at the corner of Main Street and Third Street - at the former location of Wells Fargo Bank in historic downtown Cedar Falls, IA. The three-story building will be home to 7,500SF of commercial space with a drive-through on the ground level.  The second and third floors have over 15,000SF of additional office space.  Work is ongoing for the design documents to be submitted to the City of Cedar Falls.

Eagleview Partners - the owners of the project, presented it to the Community Main Street group and were told that they'd like to see something better on that corner.  Eagleview has been working diligently with the City and other community groups to make sure that the project is well received and conceptualized.  This effort will double the investment that Eagleview has in downtown Cedar Falls and will be an incredible addition to the overall fabric of the downtown inventory.

Axiom owner Rob Decker is the project lead for this effort and is working with the architect on the design phases of the effort.  Bidding on the project is anticipated to be Fall of 2019.  The design team consists of our firm alongside EMERGENT ARCHITECTURE (Cedar Falls) and BRAUN INTERTEC (Cedar Rapids.)
