Communication... what's that? That's just talking and stuff right? Maybe sending an email every now and again? NO. Communication is a habit. In today's world (the circles that we walk around in anyway) time is critical to everything. Waiting on answers costs money, and sometimes sanity as well. Clients aren't paying to be ignored - quite the opposite. Too many times we've heard that folks are frustrated because calls go un-returned or simple questions simply get ignored. What could possibly cause that? We don't know. What we do know is that we text clients like we're teenagers, return calls and emails quickly, and try to make ourselves available whenever we can. It doesn't take much to acknowledge someone and answer their questions does it? We don't think so.
