High rise student living directly adjacent to campus was approved by Planning and Zoning. Design review and height bonus are completed. The project would reopen the Capitol Street corridor which has been closed off since urban renewal, and the South axial view to the Old Capitol building in the heart of the University of Iowa Campus will be restored.

Axiom Consultants is completing multiple projects ongoing at the Iowa River Landing including municipal infrastructure improvements, structural design of buildings, and construction administration services. These improvements will fill in the Northeast portion of the development located behind Backpocket Brewing and East of Von Maur.

Beautiful new development of single family residential, including waterfront lots, located in Davenport, IA just off of Veteran's Memorial Parkway, East of Deere Creek, and West of Eastern Avenue. The development provides additional housing for the overall Prairie Heights area as it fills in to the North. Axiom provided all survey and civil site design for the area.

New mixed-use building in the heart of historic downtown Cedar Falls. This building is located at the site of the former Wells Fargo bank and will be home to a number of new businesses. Axiom provided the complete engineering package for the building.

Axiom Consultants is the planning, design, and construction engineer for the Mozena Farm Development in Dubuque. This Development will provide High Efficiency and Net-Zero homes in an affordable and sustainable development on the North Side of Dubuque. This project preserves green space, creates community gardens, develops a new City Park, and has many ponds and mountain bike trails.
