The new Public Works and Fire Station facility for the City of Silvis will provide much needed additional space for City staff as well as a second Fire Station location to better service and respond to emergencies in town. Axiom Consultants' entire engineering team worked with City staff to come up with an efficient and cost effective design that met these needs.

The City of Keokuk is moving into the old Connection Bank building on Main Street in downtown Keokuk. This beautiful old building will be restored with architectural, structural, and MEPT improvements. The engineering package that Axiom staff are providing will renovate the HVAC system, improve some structural components, and upgrade the overall electrical system.

Muscatine Power and Water is overhauling the entire electrical system for the West Hill Pump Station which provides potable water to the City of Muscatine. Axiom Consultants worked with MPW staff to provide a comprehensive design to renovate the interior, replace the majority of the electrical system including generator hookups, and to completely replace all of the existing pumps.

The City of Bloomfield, IA is making updates to its historic City Hall which will provide additional restrooms, ADA access, and some renovated rooms including improvements to electrical and HVAC systems. The improvements will also updates some of the exterior driveway and parking areas. This historic review is being completed with Horizon Architecture out of Iowa City.
DAVIS COUNTY COURTHOUSE

Axiom Consultants personnel have been working with Johnson County and multiple partners for a number of years on numerous historic preservation projects at the county Poor Farm on Melrose Avenue just West of Iowa City. The overall effort is a master plan to improve buildings, provide community agriculture opportunities, social events, and other community supported efforts.

Axiom worked with our partners at Neumann Monson Architects in Iowa City to design a new entry point vestibule to the award-winning Wellness Center in Lone Tree, IA. Axiom provided the entire engineering package for the effort including civil site design, structural and MEPT offerings.
