Axiom Consultants has partnered with Neumann Monson Architects and Hodge Construction to work on the design of the newest shelter house to be located in Iowa City. The new facility will bring additional needed beds online and provide additional services for Iowa City's underserved populations.

Axiom Consultants provides MEPT engineering services for Clean Laundry locations nationwide. We also provide occasional structural support as needed. Currently we have completed designs in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Arizona.
CLEAN LAUNDRY

Axiom Consultants is working with a private developer in the City of Burlington, IA on planning and schematic services for the old Dial Soap Factory located on Valley Street just West of downtown. The old building has been fully 3D scanned and surveyed and Revit modeling is beginning so that programming and visioning sessions for the facility can begin.
SOAP FACTORY PROJECT

Axiom Consultants worked with an ownership group to complete a complex tenant improvement for a new restaurant to be located just South of Iowa City's downtown area. Located in the Northeast corner of the RISE (at Courth/Linn streets) the restaurant will bring a new diversity of cuisine to the area. The location will be known as Alebrije and more information will be available soon.

Axiom Consultants worked with a private development group in Cedar Rapids, IA to help design an incredible self-storage facility utilizing green technology and working towards a net-zero energy solution. Partnered with Neumann Monson Architects we completed the overall site design and landscaping plan for the project.
