Ely's stone bridge is a stone bridge constructed over 100 years ago in Jones County by father and son Reuben Ely Junior and Senior.  The bridge is listed on the register of historic places and has begun to fall into disrepair.

The stone bridge is incredibly unique because it doesn't utilize a keystone design and has been maintained by members of the original family - who are stonemasons - dating back for more than four generations.

Axiom Consultants is working in tandem with NNW Engineering to survey and scan the existing structure.  The structure is being evaluated and rendered to show feasible options for rehabilitation.  NNW is working on the structural components of the project and Axiom Consultants will be completing the civil design portion in addition to our survey and scanning services.  Planning and evaluation efforts are underway and should provide the opportunity to continue use this historic structure moving forward.
