Single family residential development in Davenport.  Includes 84 lots with a wet pond amenity and stormwater management within.  Construction is currently under way for the first phase consisting of 22 lots, sanitary sewer extension and utility connections for preparation of future phases.

Axiom Consultants' personnel have worked on this project since it's earliest days - facilitating conceptual work with the owner to see that the project could become a reality.  Axiom developed design all the way through construction documents.  We have collaborated on a number of items with our partners at BRAUN INTERTEC.  Construction has begun on the first 22 lots.
