Mid-Prairie West & East Elementary Parking Lots

Parking lot improvements to enhance safety, traffic flow, and accessibility through new PCC surfaces, storm sewer and lighting upgrades, and improved circulation.

This project included parking lot improvements at both Mid-Prairie East and West Elementary Schools, aimed at enhancing safety, traffic flow, and site functionality for staff, students, and visitors. Work involved demolition of existing pavement, site grading, installation of new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) surfaces, storm sewer upgrades, lighting improvements, and final site restoration.

The designs also accounted for ADA accessibility, bus and parent drop-off zones, and improved pedestrian circulation. Engineering services included full design, preparation of
bid documents, and coordination through the bidding and construction phases. Construction was completed ahead of the 2024–25 school year, with both projects delivered on time and under budget. Close coordination
with school district officials and contractors helped ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption to school operations. Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) surfaces, storm sewer upgrades, lighting improvements, and final site restoration. The designs also accounted for ADA
