Axiom Consultants provided full-service design and engineering for the new City of Silvis Public Works and Fire Station in Silvis, Illinois. This facility combined the much-needed additional bays and storage for Silvis Public Works with a new Fire Station to serve the north side of Silvis.

The facility included a usable mezzanine for storage and alternative use, a conference/break room, office spaces, and ADA-accessible restrooms. Our civil and structural teams worked with the architect and MEPT team to deliver a seamless design, all within one contract and bid package. The project was publicly bid by Axiom and included Value Engineering to meet the City’s budget constraints while delivering the facility within the necessary timeframe.
