Axiom Consultants is working with a private developer to perform initial efforts for analysis of the old Dial Soap Factory just West of Downtown in Burlington, IA. The old factory is a massive turn of the century structure full of incredible old infrastructure. A large scale exterior survey and interior 3D scan has been completed to date. This will help create an initial framework for a Revit model so that building programming can begin.
SOAP FACTORY PROJECT

Axiom Consultants is working with the Barker Companies on the old Seven Flags Facility in Clive, IA. Now known as the Horizon Events Center, the concert and event venue houses one of central Iowa's largest mid-size concert spaces. Able to house over 2000 people, this facility is being renovated to improve the concert and event experience including a possible second, smaller, concert area, bar, and sports venue area.

The Ahmann Companies and Fusion Architecture are working on a rehabilitation of the old Terex factory in Cedar Rapids. The space - known as "The Hub" will be completely reconfigured into a new, modern development. Axiom Consultants worked to complete a comprehensive scan for the group, as well as creating an initial base level Revit model for the architectural model.

Working with our close partner and structural design consultant Steve Jacobsen - Axiom Consultants worked to complete a comprehensive survey and 3D scan of the historic Ely's Stone Bridge in Jones County, IA. The county will be rehabilitating the bridge and needed to understand the traffic loading capacity and possible rehabilitation options. Axiom scanned the bridge before and after loading and created schematic renderings.

Axiom Consultants has worked on a variety of solar projects over the past 8 years as a staff. In this role we serve primarily as structural and electrical engineering consultant. We have expertise in many areas and understand very deeply how solar is integrated, and how it is performed and designed. Recently Axiom has completed the bridging engineering documents for the largest solar build in the United States.

Axiom Consultants - in addition to our full service design services - is serving as the Construction Administrator for the Iowa River Landing Parkview development in the Northeast quadrant of the River Landing. This mix of public and private improvements is brining new roadways, utilities, and buildings to the area including commercial and residential units.
