PE

Steve Jacobsen has been a friend of Axiom Consultants for our entirety and a number of our staff have been working with him since 2002.  He is a close friend and confidant of the company and works hand-in-hand with our structural team on many of our offerings.

Steve has been working in structural design for over 30 years which includes building design, bridge design, and numerous rehabilitation projects.  In addition, he has been involved in the design and project planning for a wide variety of very high profile and award-winning iconic bridges in Eastern Iowa.  Steve has a Master's Degree in structural design from the University of Iowa including a concentration in the study of steel fatigue.

Steve focuses on a number of tasks for Axiom Consultants working as a subject matter expert and design partner on many of our building designs, providing design partnership and peer review alongside our full-time staff.
